Coming with the Clouds

Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth shall gaze upon Him and beat their breasts and mourn and lament over Him. Revelation 1:7 AMPC.

He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him.” What a moment this will be! The cloud formations and sunsets seem to have become more spectacular over the past few years. More and more, friends from around the country are posting stunning photos of sunsets.

What this means to me, is that the Lord God, is making it easier for us to look up. Sometimes I am looking at the color-drenched sunset clouds of orange, pink, yellow, and red, and thinking, “This would make an amazing backdrop for His return.”

Today’s Scripture promises that “every eye will see Him.”

Therefore, I desire to be found faithfully ready like the five wise virgins in Matthew 25:1-13. No one knows when Jesus will return; Mark 13:32 says: “However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son [Jesus] himself. Only the Father knows.” NLT.

He is coming with the clouds, we know not when, so let’s walk in His love until then. I pray we are each found ready upon His return. He is saying – “Look! I am coming soon!” Revelation 22:7 NLT.

Blessings of love, joy, hope, and peace,

Jacquie ♥

Watch therefore [give strict attention and be cautious and active], for you know neither the day nor the hour when the Son of Man will come. Matthew 25:13.

  1. I cannot wait for that day! I plan on giving Jesus a huge hug! I did not see a way to contact you on your website so I thought I would leave a quick comment here. I nominated you for the Sunshine Blogger Award on 12/2. Just didn’t want you to miss it. You do not have to participate. I just have enjoyed your writing and hope others will as well. You can check out the post on my blog Rest and Chaos under “A Ray of Sunshine”. God bless!
