This morning I was writing about my struggle with the truth that God has everything in hand. As I work through the “woulda-coulda-shoulda’s” of regret, or of what could be, striking is the reality that renewing my mind saves me a lot of grief. The concern? I am co-hosting an event, and I do not want to be a poor representative of my Father.
Mind renewal seems to grow in meaning for me as I face new and old challenges. I see the old challenges as opportunities for a “do-over,” and the hope that I won’t have to go around that mountain again(?) Either way, I get to make up my mind about how I will respond. Truth? I need God’s help with this all the time ♥
Father, I thank you that today and as long as we draw breath, You are giving us opportunities to trust You. Please help us to choose your way. Thank you for always loving, forgiving, and encouraging us with the Truth. Amen.
Jacquie ♥
With the kind of world we live in today, we need a renewed mind every day!

I am endlessly fascinated by the power of the mind. Taking captive my thoughts is definitely a high priority for me. Dr. Caroline Leaf, states that we have a new thought every 10 seconds. Amazing. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. Blessings ♥
