I’m not sure who first came up with this idea, but it is genius!
Set your oven to 400 degrees.
Take a parchment lined cookie sheet, and place 12 pinches (or rounded tablespoon) of Parmesan cheese. (I flatten the mounds slightly leaving a little space between each mound to accommodate melting). For color and added flavor, I sprinkle the Parmesan mounds with paprika, garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Bake five to eight minutes depending on how crisp you would like your snack. These are perfect eaten alone (when you crave crispy and salty), or as an accompaniment to soup or salad.
